We visit your cats to feed, water, refresh litter, play & medicate while you are away!
What's Involved?
Going away and need someone to check in on your dog (or dogs!)...? Our 30-minute dog drop-in visits are designed to keep your dog comfortable, cared for and settled in their own home while you’re away. During each visit, we’ll: Refresh food and water Take your dog out for a toilet break Clean up & dispose of any poops or accidents inside Give your dog cuddles and playtime if they’re interested Check that your dog is happy and well Give medication if needed Send you a photo and text update after every visit When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick care form to complete with everything we need to know, including key/access details, where food, lead and bowls are kept, medication requirements and any specific instructions such as lights to be turned off when we leave. If our nurse needs any additional information before your visit, we’ll contact you directly. You’re also welcome to call us on 0402 596 466 to discuss any specific requirements, arrange a key handover, or organise access if you’ll be away for an extended period. Your dog gets care in the comfort of their own home, and you get the reassurance of knowing they’ve been checked on by a qualified vet nurse. 💗
Cancellation Policy
1. Animal Temperament & Safety The safety and wellbeing of our nurses, clients, and pets is our highest priority. If a service cannot be completed due to an animal becoming overly stressed, aggressive, or posing a safety risk to the nurse, owner, or the pet itself, the appointment may be concluded at the attending nurse’s discretion. It is the responsibility of the pet's owner to be aware of their pet’s temperament, handling tolerance, and stress levels prior to booking a home visit as our minimum visit fee of $50 will still apply if the service cannot be completed safely. 2. Service Area Our mobile veterinary nursing services are provided within a defined service area including Gold Coast & Logan Suburbs. Bookings made outside this area may be cancelled or incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed prior to appointment if required. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
